Snap Wedding. What it is, and who runs it.
Snap Wedding is a QR code photo sharing app for weddings, operated by Elementra LLC. Guests scan a code and upload photos, videos and voice messages straight into one private album, with no app to download and no account to create. This page is the plain version: what the product does, who is behind it, what it costs and what it deliberately does not do.
Create Your AlbumWhat Snap Wedding does
One job: collect the photos your guests take, in one place, without making them install anything.
You print a QR code on table cards or a sign. Guests scan it with the normal phone camera, and the upload page opens in the browser. They add photos, videos, written notes or a recorded voice message, and it all lands in a private album you control. You can moderate what appears, run a live slideshow during the reception, set your own submission deadline, and download everything in full quality.
The reason it works this way is unglamorous. Anything that asks a guest to download an app, make an account or remember a password loses most of them at that step, and the photos you wanted are the ones that never got uploaded. Removing that step is most of the product.

What Snap Wedding is not
The name is two common words, so it collects confusion. For the avoidance of doubt:
- Not Snapchat. We have no connection to Snap Inc. or Snapchat, and we are not a Snapchat wedding filter, geofilter or story. If you are looking for a wedding Snapchat filter, this is not that product.
- Not a photographer.“Wedding snaps” is a common phrase for wedding photography services. We do not shoot weddings and we are not a photography studio. We are software that collects what your guests shoot.
- Not a wedding album printer. We publish guides comparing album makers like Artifact Uprising and Milk Books, but we do not print albums or photo books ourselves.
- Not an invitation or RSVP tool. We do not do digital invites, RSVP tracking or seating charts. Some competitors bundle those; we deliberately do not.
The product is one thing: a private album your guests fill from their phones via a QR code.
What it costs
Three one-time plans - $25, $69 and $149 - with no subscription, no per-guest fee and no storage charge. Unlimited guests, photos, videos and voice messages on every plan, including the cheapest one. What differs between tiers is how many albums you get and how long they stay online.
Two things we would rather you heard from us than discovered at checkout: there is no free tier or trial, and payments are non-refundable, because album hosting starts the moment you pay. The full breakdown, including add-on prices and worked totals, is on the pricing page.
How we write about competitors
We publish comparisons against products we compete with, and guides about things we do not sell at all. Two rules we hold ourselves to on those pages.
- Competitor prices are dated.Where we quote another product's pricing we say when we last checked it and tell you to verify before buying, because these change and our page will eventually be stale.
- We say where the competitor wins. Our GuestPix comparison has a section on the cases where GuestPix is the better choice, and it is there because it is true. A comparison in which we win every row is an advertisement, not a comparison.
If you find something on this site that is out of date or wrong, tell us at hello@elementra.io and we will correct the page.
