What Snap Wedding costs.Paid once, not monthly.

Three plans - $25, $69 and $149 - each a single payment with no subscription, no per-guest fee and no charge for storage. Every plan includes unlimited guests, unlimited photos and videos, and unlimited voice messages. What actually differs between them is how many albums you get and how long they stay online.

Several events, and you want the album still there on your fifth anniversary.

The honest summary: most couples covering one wedding and nothing else are fine on Intimate at $25. Celebration at $69 is the common choice because the engagement party, shower and rehearsal dinner usually want their own albums. Legacy at $149 is for people who want the thing to still be there years later without having to think about it.

What every plan includes

These are not tier-gated. The $25 plan and the $149 plan have the same feature set. The difference is album count and hosting length, nothing else:

  • Unlimited guests
  • Unlimited photos & videos
  • Unlimited voice & written messages
  • QR cards
  • Live slideshow
  • Scheduled memories from guests
  • Anniversary reminders
  • Choose your own submission deadline

Two of those are worth spelling out because they are the ones that quietly cost money elsewhere. Unlimited guests means a 250-person wedding pays the same as a 40-person one. There is no per-guest or per-upload charge at any point. Unlimited photos and videos means no storage cap to watch and no upgrade prompt on the day, which is the failure mode that actually ruins these things: the gallery filling up mid-reception.

Add-ons, and whether you need one

There is exactly one add-on axis: keeping the album alive longer. It is a one-time charge bought at checkout, not a renewal, and it extends the same album rather than adding features.

Add-on

Keep alive 3 years total
3 years of hosting from purchase
Keep alive 5 years total
5 years of hosting from purchase
Keep alive 10 years total
10 years of hosting from purchase

Keep alive 10 years total

Keep alive 5 years total

Most couples do not need one. The add-on matters if you are relying on two specific features beyond the album itself: anniversary reminders and scheduled memories from guests, where a guest writes something now to be delivered to you later. Both are only as useful as how long the album stays retrievable, so a message scheduled for your tenth anniversary needs hosting that reaches it. If you plan to download the archive and keep your own copy, which you should, regardless, the shorter hosting window is not a real constraint.

What it costs for a real wedding

Sticker price and total cost are the same number here, which is the entire point. Three worked examples, all-in:

  • 120 guests, one wedding album, download it in the spring. Intimate, $25 total. Unlimited uploads from all 120 guests, album online for six months.
  • Engagement party, shower, rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Celebration, $69 total: five albums, one per event, each online for a year. That is under $18 an event.
  • Everything above, plus messages scheduled for your tenth anniversary. Celebration at $69 plus the 10-year add-on at $49 = $118 total, paid once, covering a message that arrives a decade later.

No line item is missing from those totals. There is no setup fee, no per-guest charge, no storage overage, no charge to download your own photos, and no renewal invoice. The plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions that lapse.

What else that money buys

Useful context, because the real question is usually not “is $69 a lot” but “what am I giving up if I spend it elsewhere”:

Option

Snap Wedding
QR code guest album
Photo booth rental
Staffed booth
Mirror booth
Premium booth
Disposable cameras
10 cameras on tables

Typical cost

Snap Wedding
$25–$149 once
Photo booth rental
$400–$1,200 for 3–4 hours
Mirror booth
$700–$1,800 for 3–4 hours
Disposable cameras
$270–$450 all in

What it covers

Snap Wedding
Every guest phone, the whole event, no time limit on the day
Photo booth rental
One spot in the room, for the rental window only
Mirror booth
One spot in the room, for the rental window only
Disposable cameras
~270 frames, most unusable, developing included

The comparison that flatters us least is the honest one: a booth does something we do not, which is put a lit, staffed, prop-filled attraction in the room that people queue for. If that social object is what you want, rent the booth. What you should not do is rent the booth and assume it captures the evening. It covers one corner for three hours. See QR code photo booth for that comparison in full, and the disposable camera calculator for the film maths on your own guest count.

Billing, refunds and the fine print

  • One-time payment. Every plan is a single charge. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no card kept on file for a future invoice.
  • Currency and processing. Prices are USD and payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Refunds: there are none. Because hosting and album access start the moment you pay, all payments are non-refundable, as set out in our terms. That is the genuine limitation of buying here, so buy the tier you need rather than the tier you might grow into, and test the guest flow on your own phone before you send the QR code to anyone.
  • No free tier. There is no free plan and no trial. If a free option is what you are after, we have written up the genuinely free routes and where each one breaks, including the ones that are not us.
  • When the hosting window ends. The album stops being retrievable. Download the full-quality archive from your dashboard well before then, ideally within a few weeks of the wedding, and keep your own copy. This is true of every product in this category, ours included.
  • Upgrading. Album limits key off your most recent paid tier, so buying Intimate five times is not a substitute for Celebration. If you know you have several events, buy the multi-album tier up front.

Which plan should you buy?

Two questions settle it, and neither is about budget.

  • How many events do you want a separate album for? One means Intimate. Two to five (engagement party, shower, rehearsal dinner, wedding, brunch adds up faster than people expect) means Celebration. More than five, or you are not sure, means Legacy.
  • How long do you want it to stay up without you doing anything? If you are organised enough to download the archive in the first month, six months is plenty and the hosting length should not drive the decision. If you want to send a link to a cousin in 2031, that is what Legacy and the add-ons are for.

If you are still undecided, buy Intimate. It is $25, it is the same product, and the constraint you will hit first is album count, which you will know about long before the hosting window matters.
