Elementra LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Snap Wedding. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. We are located at 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information (email, name)
• Wedding album details (event names, dates, guest messages)
• Photos, videos, and voice messages uploaded by you or your guests
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details)
• Communications with our support team

We also collect usage data through analytics to improve our service (see Analytics section below).

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Snap Wedding; to host your wedding albums and guest uploads; to process payments via Stripe; to store your data securely; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or share your wedding photos and videos with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Uploaded media is stored in secure object storage. Album metadata, guest messages, and account information are stored in our database. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain data according to your plan: Intimate albums are available for 6 months; Celebration albums for 1 year; Legacy albums for 5 years. You may purchase extensions to keep albums available longer. After the retention period, albums and associated media may be deleted.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

We may use analytics tools to understand how our service is used, improve performance, and fix issues. This may include anonymized usage patterns, page views, and feature usage. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent. We do not use analytics to track or identify individual users beyond what is necessary for service operation.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access to your albums and account information is restricted to authorized personnel and systems. We use encryption for data in transit and at rest.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
