These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Snap Wedding and related services operated by Elementra LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Snap Wedding is owned and operated by Elementra LLC, located at 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901.

Snap Wedding helps couples collect and share wedding photos, videos, and messages from guests through QR codes and shared album links. Features may include live slideshows, downloadable albums, scheduled guest messages, and anniversary reminders. We may update or modify features from time to time.

Album owners are responsible for sharing album links and QR codes with their guests. By uploading content, you and your guests grant us a limited license to store, display, and deliver that content as part of the service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that guest uploads comply with these Terms.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because Snap Wedding provides immediate access to digital album hosting, storage, and features upon purchase, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a plan is purchased, even if you are dissatisfied or do not use all features, unless required by applicable law.

Uploaded media is stored in secure object storage. Album data is stored in our database. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Album availability depends on your plan: Intimate (6 months), Celebration (1 year), or Legacy (5 years), with optional extensions available. We do not share your wedding photos, videos, or messages with third parties for their own purposes.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, is unlawful, harassing, or violates any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elementra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, guest uploads, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
